program crash by using external device

Postby yannis_p » Sun Dec 13, 2009 4:53 pm

No problem to list music directory column Tab1 and 2 if directory is on c:\. If I try to list the external device (Seagate 500 GB) with parameters of column tab2 (track, artist, album etc.) the program crashes immediately. What to do?
Thank You for any solution

which version are you using? It looks like one of these files is corrupted and causes the program to fail. I would be happy to receive this file and check why this happens.

Yes very true. Corrupted files are the one that makes things worse such as a crash you had. Check out for the same

I have a similar issue: my 'Music' folder, on an external drive, is over 200GB and when it reaches approximately 165GB accounted for, the program crashes.

If this is because of a corrupted file, how do I know which file is the corrupted one with thousand of possibilities?
