Displaying (File) Size as Number/numeric data

Post by pantamonkey » Tue Dec 06, 2016 3:02 am

I have Directory Lister Enterprise v1.71 and I love it. I am copying the output to Excel, editing a few fields and then importing into an Access database. I would like to use ODBC to go directly to Access- the only reason I cannot is the Size field is treated as text with the MB added on.

Is there a way I can always have files always measured in Megabytes but not display the MB?

Thank you, Again, love the software

When you export to Access the size column is always saved as DOUBLE type and always written in bytes. This way you can get MB from a SQL query dividing the value by 1024.
For other databases the size is saved as a BIGINT type.
